• Students: We are not an essay mill so, we do not help you commit academic fraud or misconduct. We do not support nor encourage contract cheating; hence, we do not help you cheat by doing your academic works.

• Job-Seekers & Academic Applicants: We do not support nor encourage dishonesty. Meaning, we will not help you create resumes/curriculum vitae with false information. So we will not help you cheat.

• Academic Works & Cover Letters: For these services, apart from sourcing academic materials, all clients must produce their work. We will have a one-on-one discussion about your work and all it entails. Brainstorm with you (if need be), read and critically evaluate what you produced to ensure you come up with something presentable professionally or academically.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time. When a cancellation occurs, refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process. 

• Refunds: Refund is only possible when we have not started your order.
